IMS Launches New Quarterly e-newsletter March 2020

Dear Member of the International Mycorrhiza Society,

With this newsletter we would like to inform you about upcoming events, new research highlights and important information related to mycorrhizal research and the mycorrhizal researchers community. We also present a list of the top 10 new mycorrhizal papers of the last 3 months. We have a “tools” section with practical links to new tools and statistical analysis and list upcoming conferences linked to mycorrhizal research.

Do you have announcements or relevant information for this newsletter,  or are you interested to write a research contribution?

We are looking for PhDs, Postdoc, Researchers and Professors who like to write a short news article to highlight your own research or an important development in mycorrhizal research field (e.g. themes related to the molecular biology, physiology, ecology, evolution and agricultural relevance of the mycorrhizal symbiosis or the different types of mycorrhizal fungi).

Also, we are searching for nominations (including self-nominations) for YouTube interviews about various aspects of mycorrhizal research (including major research breakthroughs or activities within the mycorrhizal community that have relevance for agriculture, the environment or practical implications).

Please contact the newsletter editor Cesar Marin (cesar.marin@postgrado.uach.cl) for questions, announcements or further information or the selection procedure for articles and YouTube interviews.

We hope you appreciate this newsletter. Please provide feedback for improvements or further suggestions.

Yours Sincerely,
The IMS Board + Newsletter Editorial Board
